Harasses buyer of our daughter's horse. 16 Apr 15
I sold our daughter's horses as ordered by the court after he had asked for them to be liquidated. Our gelding went back to his mom’s previous owner.
Shades of the past: Our mare, his mom, had died in cold weather on our property in his care when I was in New York.
After he abandoned our home, the well water went out. He had turned their barn into a six-car garage; therefore, they also had no shelter during Colorado's record-breaking cold spell.
He called the buyers who had graciously offered to provide a proper home for our gelding though they are retired now demanding: more money, the horse back to resell, or a letter stating that I did not sell him for fair market value.
His lawyer alleges that I have "dissipated marital assets".
