Tax cheat:  does not finalize our home remodel project paperwork through Douglas County Building Department to keep our property taxes low ($400,000.00 home remodeled through our company workers and other contractors to value $1,200,000.00).   

Building Department representative said, "Your husband starts a lot of projects but he doesn't finish them."  The record of "modular" should have been re-categorized to "remodel" reconstruction. 

Used so-called incomplete remodel held up intentionally to convince court that he needed to complete the job.  Told court he built it nail by nail and board by board (quoting a Miranda Lambert song) so he should rightfully reoccupy the home he abandoned.     Magistrate says she was "impressed" with my husband.

The wife is always the last to know:  upon cleaning to leave, the housekeeper who had helped me said that the adulteress had been in our home when I was out of town on business. 2 Oct 14
