Adrian Rogers:  his conversation with an agnostic

Adrian Rogers:  "You're an agnostic."

The agnostic man:  "That's right."

Adrian Rogers:  "Well, that means you're a doubter."

"Yea, and I'm a big one."

Adrian Rogers:  "Well, I don't care what size.  I want to know what kind."

"Well, what kinds are there?"

Adrian Rogers:  "Only two--honest doubters and dishonest.  Which one are you?"

"Well what's the difference?"

Adrian Rogers:  "Well, and honest doubter doesn't know but he wants to know and therefore; he makes an honest investigation.  A dishonest doubter doesn't know because he doesn't want to know.  He can't find God for the same reason a thief can't find a policeman..."  ~ Adrian Rogers How to Understand the Bible
