You believe that every human being has the possibility to believe? What about those who never hear the gospel? What about Judas Iscariot, the Son of Perdition, who went to his appointed place, in order to fulfill Scripture? What about those whose hearts the Lord does not open? Etc.

This is a question that I struggle to answer. I have never read an answer that fully settles the issue in my mind. Perhaps someone here can enlighten me on how this can be reconciled with the free will view. It is a perplexing question, or at least it is to me.

Men have an internal testimony (Ro 2:15), an external testimony (Ps 19:1) and the scriptures (Jas 1:18). Therefore they are without excuse (Ro 1:20).

Absent hearing the Gospel and no access to the scripture, how does one become excusable?...

Men are without excuse (Ro 1:20). But yes, churches should be evangelical. That's their job (Mk 16:15).

Why? Were you planning to approach God’s holy throne with some kind of excuse you think he’s never heard before?

Their job?  So, who do you know who is healing the sick and throwing demons out?  They will speak with new tongues; they will pick up snakes and if they drink anything poisonous it will do them no harm; they will lay their hands upon the sick and they will recover.”

You will have additional kingdom authority during the Millennium (Rev. 20:1–10).
