Can God repent?

Of course. The Scriptures give multiple examples of God repenting because men repented.

Right. Not in the sense that he'd done anything wrong. When men repent, then he relents. The Calvinist (Gr. pagan thinker) would disagree.

Then God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God relented (ðÈçÇí [nacham /naw·kham/]) from the disaster that He had said He would bring upon them, and He did not do it .Jonah 3:10 (NKJV)
