Divorce: man molests child...

krisjordan replied:

God does allow for divorce in those types of situations because that husband has, at the very least, committed adultery…

False (Mt 19:8). God provided for so-called divorce for having married near of kin (le.g. Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick [Mt 19:9]). All that God promotes leads to live and healthy living (Jn 10:10).

Catholics make it up as they go along (Jud 11). In fact for $499.95 you can have your marriage annulled in the Roman Catholic brothel.

He is a perpetrator that needs to be away from society.

So is the pope. Marriage is one man, one woman in covenant (Gen. 2:18-24) for life (Rom. 7:2, 3).

He is still my son-in-law and I still love him but I am advising my daughter to divorce him. A warrant for his arrest has been issued in Florida but he is currently in hiding.

...Your daughter will need time to recover. Help her pursue divorce and recover from that, first. Then help her get the help she and her daughters need consequent to the molestation. Then she can consider marriage...
You are encouraging her to become an adulteress (Rom. 7:2, 3) to which she will be held accountable (Heb 13:4).  :burnlib:

[Criminal husband] He is facing a maximum sentence of life in prison. He will, in effect, be divorced from his whole family for the rest of his life.

That doesn't make her--not married. She is a married woman while he is alive. If she were to re marry, she would become and adulteress (Rom. 7:2, 3). The subsequent marriage would not be a legal one (Matt. 14:3-–12).

...I know God grants divorce to victims of marriages damaged by fornication.

You don't know that from the bible. So-called divorce was permitted for marriage to close kin (Mt 19:9).
