False Teacher Heresy Alert: Bob George
While normally I do not ring the "false teacher"
alarm, or name names, but I have felt compelled to expose the false teachings
and heresies of this man "Bob George" because Eli Brailey has been promoting
this man's radio show.
Some of you guys know about the issue's we've been
having with Eli for a while now but he refuses to repent. First Eli came against
the doctrine of repentance (turning from sin) saying that repentance would be
salvation by works. This gave me the impression that he was being influenced by
antinomianism and lawlessness, and now he's publicly and upfront promoting an
antinomian teacher like Bob George. My heart is deeply grieved over the
backslidings of Eli. And no doubt it is because of the influence of Alan and
Brad in Utah, who also seem to teach antinomianism and lawless grace.
And so I wanted to issue a PUBLIC WARNING against the
ministry of Bob George and against his teaching of LAWLESS GRACE which states
that you can be under God's grace while openly rebelling against God's Law.
Here is a video with a Bob George clip in it:

At "3:59" minutes into the video Bob George says that
we are conversion of all past, PRESENT AND FUTURE disobedience when we merely
believe. That means that a Christian can lie, steal, commit adultery, rape,
murder, and never come under the wrath of God, or even need to ask for
forgiveness, because he is already forgiven because he has a license to sin.
Here are some Bob George quotes:
"So is committing fornication permissible? Yes." Bob
George
(The Believers Conditional Security by Dan Corner, pg
182)
Dan Corner argues that since permission and license
are the same thing, Bob George is saying that we have a license to fornicate
which is what Jude 3-4 said false teachers would promote the grace of God as.
"Christian liberty does allow you to do anything you
want to." Bob George
(The Believers Conditional Security by Dan Corner, pg
202)
"I could go out as a child of God and get drunk
tonight if I wanted to." Bob George (The Believers Conditional Security by Dan
Corner, pg 215)
"God accepts me... unconditionally." Bob George
(The Believers Conditional Security by Dan Corner, pg
426)
"a person who is born-again will go to heaven if they
commit suicide." Bob George (The Believers Conditional Security by Dan Corner,
pg 469)
Regarding 1 Jn 1:9 he said "if it's to a saved person,
then you've negated everything that Christ did at the cross". Bob George (The
Believers Conditional Security by Dan Corner, pg 496)
All of this is the logical conclusion of rejecting
repentance as a condition of salvation. If a person doesn't have to stop sinning
in order to be under the grace of God, then the only other alternative is that
you can keep sinning and be under the grace of God!! A fornicator wouldn't have
to stop fornicating to be under God's grace, a rapist wouldn't have to stop
raping to be under God's grace, a serial killer wouldn't have to stop killing to
be under God's grace, because if a person doesn't have to stop their sin in
order to have their sin forgiven, then a sinner can keep their sin and be
forgiven, they can serve two masters, they can have their sin and have the
Savior too.
This is the teaching that Jude said that ungodly
condemned men would teach, who deny the Lordship of Jesus Christ and make God's
grace permission to live a lawless life.
Charles Finney himself dealt with this antinomian
heresy in his own day, just as Fletcher and Wesley did in theirs. Charles Finney
properly called this ANOTHER GOSPEL:
"They maintain that after this first act of faith it
is impossible for the sinner to come into condemnation; that, being once
justified, he is always thereafter justified, whatever he may do; indeed that he
is never justified by grace, as to sins that are past, upon condition that he
ceases to sin; that Christ's righteousness is the ground, and that his own
present obedience is not even a condition fo his justification, so that, in
fact, his own present or future obedience to the law of God is, in no case, and
in no sense, a sin qua non of his justification, present or ultimate. Now this
is certainly ANOTHER GOSPEL...it is ANTINOMIANISM." Charles Finney (Finney's
Systematic Theology, pg. 369)
Bob George is REALLY bad news, his teachings are VERY
dangerous.. He says that you can see God without holiness, that you can see God
without being pure in heart, that you don't have to repent in order to avoid
perishing, that you don't have to be born again to see the Kingdom. His doctrine
is against the entire Bible! Jesse Morrell http://openairoutreach.proboards.com/thread/3514/false-teacher-heresy-alert-george
