Healthcare Jihad
Should the government
have the right to override God's law?
Ac 5:29. (E.g. require
church run institutions to provide abortifacients). Or, is it man's job to find
out what God wants
and act accordingly?
Jer 29:13,
Pr 31:8.
Mary Matalin calls Obamacare "healthcare jihad". The President has spent a lot
of political capital on Obamacare and now he's doing the same on the
contraception issue and a supposed war against women--
but not women in the womb.
Pr 8:36
Has our government overreached? Is it right to move toward an abortion in every
pot? [Mary Matalin interview 16 Mar 12 Laura Ingraham radio program].

Response to comment [from a Jew]: [What is the basis of your values? 2 Tim. 2:15; Jas. 1:18] "A modern, progressive interpretation of Judaism is one of the major basis of my values. Mine happen to be very different from yours. Which one of us gets to make US laws?"
The godless Jew or the Christian? Hopefully, the Christian. Our values come from the Bible. Read Isa 53.
Ex 20:15, Josh 7:20-21
"Oh now I'm goddless, huh?"
Of course you're godless ( Psa. 1:1–6; Psa. 11:5; Psa. 17:14, 15; Psa. 32:10; Psa. 37:17–22, 37, 38; Psa. 68:6; Psa. 73:1–28; Psa. 75:10; Psa. 91:7, 8; Psa. 107:33–38; Psa. 125:5; Prov. 10:6, 9, 21, 23–25, 28, 29, 30, 32; Prov. 11:3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 18–21, 23, 31; Prov. 12:3, 5–7, 13, 21, 26; Prov. 13:6, 13, 17, 21; Prov. 14:19, 22, 32; Prov. 15:6; Prov. 21:18, 26; Prov. 22:5; Prov. 28:1, 4, 5, 13, 14, 18; Isa. 32:1–8; Isa. 65:13, 14; Mal. 3:18; Rom. 2:7–10; Eph. 2:12–14; Phil. 2:15; 1 Thess. 5:5–8; Tit. 1:15; 1 Pet. 4:17, 18; 1 John 1:6, 7; 1 John 3:3–17).

"All you do here is spew hate and condemnation."
Truth is hate to those who hate the truth." ~ Enyart Lk 21:17
"You hate and loath everyone that isn't just like you."
I don't hate or loath anyone here. If I hated or loathed them, I would give them your advice.
"It would be sad if it weren't so scary."
You don't know the meaning of scary (Re 20:15).
"I actually find your attitude and those like yours to be much more terrifying. We haven't got one iota of proof for this lake of fire place..."
You don't have to worry about a lake of fire. A metaphor can only give you a dim understanding of the real place. The real place will be far worse (Re 20:15).
"...[W]e can see the consequences of attitudes like yours everyday."
Which attitude? I have different attitudes.
Response to comment [from a pagan]: "All the thousands upon thousands of gods should stay out of lawmaking, period."
I agree. All gods should stay out of ruling and
reigning in our lives (Ac
17:22) except for the creator God (Ac
17:23-25).
"Oh my god, every citizen of the United States has health insurance and has access to proper medical care? The horrors!"
You're describing Obamacare (Ex
20:15).
