In eternity will TOL will have mattered?

Absolutely (Isa 55:11).

Response to comment [from a Christian]: "Does TOL matter in eternity? Take a look at this that I found in the Archives."

[From a Christian] "OK. I am going to say this out loud, as I type it, so you can all see this.

Lord, I come to you a sinner. I ask you now for forgiveness. Please forgive me Jesus. I realise that you love me so much that you died on a Cross to save me from my sins. I repent of everything I have done, and, with your help, I promise to change my life - forever. I accept you into my heart right now as my Saviour.

Amen."

God knows if his plea was genuine (Ps 44:21).

One God-hater here asked Christ to reveal himself to him. He even put it on video. It is doubtful that he repented (1 Ch 28:9).

Response to comment [from a Christian]: "The 'ultimate' criteria will be, "is their name written in the "Lambs Book of Life."

Do you think God that gives everyone the opportunity to come to Him? Lk 2:10. In other words, if his Book of Life were a Word® or Pages® file, is it an editable document?
