Do we need 'regime change' in Israel?

Response to comment [from a Christian]:  "[I]ts simply not in America's best interests to create anymore animosity among Arabs in the Middle East than already exists..."

Yes, Arabs are already so hospitable (Ge 16:12). We wouldn't want them to saw off our heads with a dull butter knife.

"To deliberately announce that they intend to build more new homes in disputed areas..."

What's to dispute?  Judges 11.  The land belongs to Israel.

See:

Judges 11

The Philistines are refuges because they want to be.  What other people group do you know who won't find their own home and stay there after so long?

"...at a time when the Vice President is actually touring the Middle East is pushing one's luck."

Land for peace--sure that worked. The Israelis do not presently occupy all of the land that is rightfully theirs.  I am grateful that Netanyahu is standing strong.  Our prayers should be with him (Ps 122:6).

"When you are financially and militarily dependent on America..."

Yes, America is acting very friendly now--love how Netanyahu had to come through the back door of the White House, no pictures allowed.  I wonder if he had to crawl through that doggy door.

"...for your very survival, why bite the hand that feeds you?"

Your biblical illiteracy is showing (Isa 48:4-11).
