John 9:41
Response to comment [from a Christian]: "I welcome everyone's exposition or understanding of this verse. What does Jesus mean by saying sin remains if you are not blind?"
"Summation[:]
Jesus and the Blind Man (Jn
9:35–41): The Savior says he has
come into this world for two
reasons.
A. That the blind might see (9:39a):
Spiritual sight will be given to all
those who sincerely ask.
1. The witness by Jesus (9:35–37):
He informs the former blind man he
is indeed the Messiah!
2. The worship of Jesus (9:38) : The
man worships the Savior.
B. That those who think they can see
might be blinded (9:39b–41):
Overhearing this, the Pharisees
rightly conclude that Jesus is
referring to them!" Willmington, H.
L. (1999). The Outline Bible (Jn
9:34–41). Wheaton, IL: Tyndale House

I once was blind. Now ICEE.
Response to comment [from a Christian]: "It means that the Pharisees did not acknowledge Yahshua as the Messiah to come, and that they were spiritually blind."
Spiritual
blindness is due to man's
disobedience (Deut. 28:28, 29) and
unbelief (Acts 9:8, 9).
Here [Mk 8:22-26] Jesus cured the
eyes, then the brain to understand
so that the man could understand
what he was seeing
