"Should it be a crime to offend? No. But you can't divorce the natural consequence of offending somebody, and to say you legally can't do anything about being offended is dumb. If a black guy yelled "frack you, snowflake", I would fight them in a second. Just because you personally have no spine doesn't mean it should be a crime to have one..."

Assault is a crime. You don't think this Muslim should have been prosecuted for assault? Matt. 13:41. The judge was also a Muslim. He said that if this had happened in a Muslim country the defendant would have been put to death (2 Cor. 6:14).
