Of course not. God deals with
us on the basis of grace if we'll let him. If we won't,
he'll one day deal with us on the basis of our sin.
Everyone is given enough light to respond to the truth
of the gospel. We must respond to it. We have: internal
evidence (Ps 19:1), external evidence (Ro 2:15) and the
scriptures. Even if we lived on a desert island and
never knew anyone, we would still have all that we need
to respond to God.
