I strongly believe that the antichrist will arise out of Islam...

The term antichrist is unfortunate because there are two beasts (Re 13). One should be an Assyrian; but, why does this matter? We don't be here. If you are here then good luck figuring it out; but, you'll have greater troubles than that.

Some of you act like you will just know it's the beast.

The antichrist will be revealed before the Second Coming (2 Thess 2:3). We will be watching from the mezzanine (Re 4:1).

Allow the Beast to come to power and many Christians will say...Nope this is not the beast, because Jesus has not come and raptured us out yet.

Satan must have a guy waiting in the wings in each generation. Again, we aren't to be looking for the identify of the two beasts. We are to be looking for Jesus' return.
