authority President Barack Obama announced today that his administration
would circumvent Congress and provide amnesty to illegal immigrants
under the age of 30 who were brought to the U.S. as children.
In yet another unconstitutional power grab, President Obama announced
that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) would take action “in the
absence of any action from Congress to fix our immigration system.”
“Effective immediately, the Department of Homeland Security is taking
steps to lift the shadow of deportation from these young people, “Obama
