Scientists worldwide have begun work on an online catalog of the world’s 1.8 million known species. Known as the “Encyclopedia of Life,” this collaborative project will “allow users to add information and details, such as species sightings and photos.”¹

Even though this resource may present the evolutionary view of animals, creationists can also use this new tool. They simply need to wear their biblical glasses and recognize the remarkable diversity of life that came from the original kinds of living things that God created.
