The deity of Christ Jesus

Talk about God's characteristics and man's characteristics. How are they different if at all?

Did you inherit a sinful nature from your father? Are we all sinners in Adam? Is Adam's sin is imputed onto us? Could you have done better in the garden of Eden with a sin nature than Adam did without a sin nature? McGee.

You're projecting again.

No one has argued whether or not Jesus could have sinned? He's God. He could do anything. Would he have sinned? No. Why? Because he is God (Jn 1:1) and he is holy (1 Sa 2:2, Heb 4:15, Ro 1:23). He is committed to righteousness (Re 15:3). Your Martin Scorsese Jesus never existed.

The minimum requirement to enter heaven is Christ’s holiness (Le 11:45; 20:7; Eph 5:8; Col 3:12; Ro 12:1). His character is our standard (Ro 8:29; 1 Jn 2:6; Php 2:5). Your gospel does not include Christ’s holiness (Isa 35:8). We become holy by being united with him (Jn 15:4,5; 17:9). We are wicked without him (1 Ti 1:9; 2 Ti 3:2). We have access to God by his perfect (Eph 5:2) sacrifice (Heb 10:19,20). Trust this (Ro 3:25; Ga 3:13,14) or perish.

Intensional

"...The Bible and myself emphasize the volitional nature of sin...Sin is not a substance."

[15 Words of Hope 2 Corinthians 5:21 by John MacArthur] "The Bible makes it clear, first of all, that all people are sinners by nature and by action. In fact, all people are sinners from birth. And thus all people are born alienated from God who is holy, cannot look upon sin, cannot fellowship with sinners. That alienation because of sin prevents us from knowing God. He is too perfectly holy to have anything to do with sinners, except to reject them.

Now the result of that rejection, the result of that alienation in time is Godlessness. The result of it in eternity is hell. So this alienation in to which every human being is born is indeed a serious issue. It means that everybody lives their life without God and if they die in that condition, will spend their eternity without God in torment..." Full text: 15 Words of Hope 2 Corinthians 5:21

"...while SD falls for Thomistic 'being' concepts (Augustine, etc.)..."

I reject Augustine, Aquinas, etc.

"...SD believes in a false Jesus because she takes away genuine human will (image of God)..."

Proof please (Heb 4:15).

"...[M]y argument would be specious like hers against my view of impeccability."

Strawman

"...It is a misunderstanding/misrepresentation of my view that is the problem.  She should be trying to refute this, not lame straw man arguments."

You're projecting again (Eph 4:14).

What defiles us comes out of our own heart (Mt 15:18). Discuss the holiness of the second person of the trinity? What can Jesus do for men?
