Weaning depression medication
Response to comment [from a
"Christian"]: "I have been on
depression medication for over 13
years. I don't like to rely on
any medication if I can help it.
I have been off for a week now. And
lightheartedness is becoming less
and less. I am wondering if I
am on the right track. I am
following my medical provider's
advice. But it seems there are so
many ways to wean from it. At
the beginning, my provider told me
that I may have to take it the rest
of my life. But my another provider
said that is not right.
I welcome anyone's perspective about
this. Thank you"
