Gerald recently received an infraction for a vulgar post he made in opposition
to ACW. It should be noted that whereas I did report this post, I also reported
a similar post by ACW, to which Gerald's post was a reply.
Both of them committed the same offense. Therefore, either both of them deserve
the same penalty, or else, neither of them should be penalized.
The recent moderator action in banning only Gerald who, although he did make a
vulgar post, was provoked in doing so by a post of equal or greater vulgarity by
ACW, is unjust.
The overwhelming opinion among TOLers who voted in this poll seems to be in
agreement with me.
Please consider either giving ACW an infraction of equal or greater value, or
else, revoking Gerald's.
