Work out your salvation with fear and trembling--Oh uh--4 letter word!
Response to comment [from a
Catholic]: "It is not our works per se that save us, but we cannot get to Heaven
without good works..."
You cannot do a thing to save yourself (Eph 2:8-9). You
are: wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked (Re 3:17). Salvation is entirely
the work of God (Ps 3:8; 37:39; Jer 3:23). All you can do is thankfully say
"yes" to his gift of forgiveness (Isa 45:21,22; 59:16; Ac 4:12). When you cry
out to God, asking him to reign in your heart, then you become a part of his
kingdom (Mt 5:3).
The moment you add to what Jesus has done (Gal. 1:6–8), you enter into false
teaching (Mt 15:9, Jude 11).

"Roman Catholicism vs. historical, biblical Christianity: "We have different
authorities, we believe different gospels, we worship different Christs, we are

with the unity the apostle Paul described with those who are in one body and one
......Spirit, with one hope; one Lord, one faith, one baptism, on God and Father
of all who is over all and through all and in all (Eph
4:4-6)..." Full text:
