Worldview Academy

Living in a perverse, media-driven culture that is increasingly hostile to biblical integrity and authority is a difficult calling for Christian adults and children. Nonbelievers regularly question a Christian’s faith in their Creator and Redeemer. Being prepared to give an answer “for the hope that is in you” (1 Peter 3:15, NKJV) takes preparation and careful study. Many helpful resources from a wide group of Christian organization are available, but a Christian organization that stands unreservedly on the the Bible is becoming harder to find. One institution that is teaching Scripture properly is Worldview Academy.

Worldview Academy’s mission is to train believers to think and live with a biblical worldview. They fulfill this mission through week-long Leadership Camps for youth and church-based Christianity & Culture Conferences.

Leadership Camps are intense camps for students ages 13 and older and are held all over the nation. These camps train students in worldviews, servant leadership, apologetics, and evangelism, equipping them to live in a hostile world that will question and openly rebuke a Christian’s faith.

Christianity & Culture Conferences help churches train their teens and adults to engage our increasingly pagan culture. Attendees gain the tools that every Christian needs to be salt and light in a dark, decaying world.

Rather than boring lectures, Worldview Academy strives to present the issues in a relevant and entertaining way. Some of the titles for their presentations include “Simple Tools for Brain Surgery,” “Night at the Movies,” “Jack Theist Meets Dr. Secular,” and “What Kind of Monster Are You?”

Answers magazine is pleased to recommend Worldview Academy as a Bible-upholding ministry. You can get further details about their camps and conferences at their website: www.worldview.org. http://www.answersingenesis.org/articles/am/v1/n2/worldview-academy
