Dinosaur soft parts
“The discovery of a T-rex bone that contained soft tissues has forced evolutionists to reconsider their ideas about fossilization. The bone, which is allegedly 70 million years old, was found in porous sandstone that should have allowed the bone to fill with mineral deposits. The fact that the bone was still “fresh” does not prove it is young, but it does challenge the validity of the 70 million year old date. Any biological material should have broken down in that time. It even stretches the limits of the creationist date of fewer than 5,000 years.
Secular scientists deny the possibility that the age is wrong and are trying to explain the amazing preservation through natural processes.” Evolution Exposed, Second Ed., Dinosaur soft parts, Morris.
[From a
past episode of Bob Enyart’s Real Science Friday]: “T-Rex BBQ: If you missed it,
they excavated a T-Rex, this big old T-Rex that they believed was 70 million
years old. They broke open the femur bone and they found soft tissues in there -
blood vessels, blood cells - soft tissue. And so, of course the atheists, they
want to ignore it. And they want to say, "Of course the tissue is soft after 70
million years. Wouldn't you expect it to be?"
We say no, actually we wouldn't. No, supposedly this would
have fossilized after the first hundred thousand years and either it's going to
be stone or it's going to be gone. And here it is, the bones are still bone.
They're not even fossilized. They're not stone. (kgov.com, Real Science Friday).
Response to comment [from a Catholic]: “…[C]onditions could not exist that
long…”
Wonder why it even smelled like a BBQ? Enyart.
