Dems not serious about spending cuts
[From LauraIngraham blog] "Surprise! Dems not
serious about spending cuts...President Obama's deficit panel came out
with its preliminary suggestions to reign in our runaway debt spending.
Not surprisingly, liberals are incensed about many of the suggestions.
Those on the left are not mad about the $1 Trillion in tax increases or
that ObamaCare is not mentioned once during the 50 page report. No, the
left is mad that we will have to cut spending in order to reduce our
debt burden.

ObamaCare. The recommendations do provide some solutions for the most
important budgetary challenge we have today- reforming Social Security
and Medicare. It's a mixed bag, but a good starting point for a
necessary discussion, a discussion Democrats are not interested in
having.
When the left talks about fixing the deficit, they mean raising taxes,
suffocating business, and the continued redistributing of wealth.
Yesterday served as yet another example of how the Democrats have no
interest in solving our ongoing fiscal crisis..."
