Did God write the Bible or did men?

Response to comment [from a Mormon]: "Did God write the Bible or did men?"

Men did by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit (2 Pe 1:21).

If anyone adds to this book (which your false church has done), he will be punished (Re 22:18).

Second Peter 1:20-21 reveals, “No prophecy of Scripture comes from someone's own interpretation. For no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.” God directed the human authors of the Bible, using their own writing styles and personalities to produce the words of His choosing.

The human authors involved include approximately 40 writers of diverse backgrounds and locations over the course of 1,500 years..." Full text:
Who were the authors of the books of the Bible? Who wrote each book of the Bible and when were the books of the Bible written?

Response to comment from a Christian]: [Adding to scripture] "That is about Revelation not the bible."

The canon of scripture is closed. The Book of Mormon is not is not inspired.

What is the canon of the Bible and how did we get it? What books belong in the Bible? How can we know which books are canonicle?

How do we decide which books belong in the Bible since the Bible does not say which books belong in the Bible?
